Sodium sulfide

Sodium sulfide is a chemical compound with the formula Na2S, or commonly known as Na2S•9H2O The hydrated. Both salts are colorless solution strongly alkaline water-soluble form. Sodium sulfide and its hydrates when exposed to moisture in the air to be released Gaz•hydrvzhn sulfide, which smells like rotten eggs. Some industrial examples of just a few Abe sodium sulfide (Na2S • xH2O) the weight percent of sodium sulfide are present. Common examples are usually about 60% by weight of sodium sulfide (Na2S • 3H2O). Examples of such polysulfide yellow appearance due to the presence of these specimens as "sodium sulfide shell" known. Though of course these examples are yellow, are colorless in solution.

Glauber's salt

Sodium sulfate is sodium salt of sulfuric acid. If its anhydrous it forms a white crystalline with the formula Na2SO4 also called Tenardyt ; And when hydrating becomes formula Na2SO4 • 10H2O (Dkahydrat) which is also called Glauber salt. It's another solid is Hptahydrat (Na2SO4 • 7H2O). Its one of most widely used chemicals with an annual output of 6 million tons.
This material is used in the production of detergents and paper pulp. Usually found in nature in the form of Dekahydart
